新入社員研修を行いました！

入職して1か月がたち、まだまだ勉強中のフレッシュマンですが、
OJTを行い、業務の再確認、入浴業務の実体験など研修を行いました。
ベッドから車いすに移乗など、再度基本を振り返り、基本の大切さを学びました。
再度OT職員から指導を受け、職員役と入居者様役に分かれて、実体験で学びました。
入浴研修では実際に機械浴に入居者様役で入浴し、恐怖感の軽減の注意点、声掛けを学び、各職員もとても勉強になったと話していました。
